Somnath Das is a forward-thinking professional with over 20 years of expertise in SAP consulting. He is renowned for his ability to help customers transform their business models and navigate the future roadmap of S/4HANA, whether it be in private, public cloud, or on-premise environments.

Manzoor Hassan is celebrated as a distinguished and visionary IT leader, boasting an illustrious career that spans two decades in the SAP domain. As for me, Tej Gill, I bring over 20 years of comprehensive experience in SAP Supply Chain Management. I have successfully led numerous global IT transformation projects, ensuring that our clients achieve their strategic goals. We all have worked across varied sectors such as government, telecommunications, manufacturing, media, and with some of the world's largest companies. In the numerous years that Somnath, Manzoor, and I have been working in the IT industry, we've consistently seen clients disappointed by the quality of service provided by the big name off shore IT providers.

As for me, Tej Gill, I bring over 20 years of comprehensive experience in SAP Supply Chain Management. I have successfully led numerous global IT transformation projects, ensuring that our clients achieve their strategic goals. We all have worked across varied sectors such as government, telecommunications, manufacturing, media, and with some of the world's largest companies. In the numerous years that Somnath, Manzoor, and I have been working in the IT industry, we've consistently seen clients disappointed by the quality of service provided by the big name off shore IT providers. While working on a multi-national SAP Public Cloud implementation, we again witnessed substandard quality from a key player in the offshore IT space, we saw the lack of support and flexibility in meeting the client's key requirements. It was at that moment that Somnath, Manzoor, and I decided to tackle this issue head-on, leading to the formation of TNS Consulting Solution Ltd.

Leveraging the strong reputation and trust we had built with senior management on this project, we introduced our carefully selected skilled resources to the client. We didn't just solve the usual issues; we cracked some truly challenging technical problems, all within a multi-tenant SAP Cloud environment, which is much more restrictive than single-tenant setups. Where the existing SI partner and SAP struggled or said it was not possible, we came up with solutions to fulfill the client's requirements. Based on our great work there, we were recommended to another large multinational company, and from there, our company has grown and won further work.
